MemberX – Data Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your MemberX account data, including username and email. Once your request is verified, we will remove associated personal information except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

Typical reasons accepted under Google Play policies include: I no longer use the app, privacy concerns, wrong email associated, duplicate account, or legal rights request.

By default, clicking “Send Request” opens your email app with a pre-filled message to our support team. If it doesn’t work, use the JSON template and email it manually to [email protected].

What Happens Next

Verification: We may ask you to confirm ownership via your account email.
Processing time: We aim to complete standard deletion requests within 30 days.
Exceptions: Certain records (e.g., billing/transaction receipts) may be retained as required by law.
Reversal: Data deletion is irreversible once completed.
