Data Deletion / Username & Email Removal Request

Use this page to request deletion of your MemberX account data, including username and email. Once your request is verified, we will remove associated personal information except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

Typical reasons accepted under Google Play policies include: I no longer use the app, privacy concerns, wrong email associated, duplicate account, or legal rights request.

Submit Your Request

Use the same email you used in the app so we can verify ownership.
By default, clicking “Send Request” opens your email app with a pre-filled message to our support team. If it doesn’t work, use the JSON template and email it manually to [email protected].

What Happens Next

Need Account Export First?

If you’d like a copy of your account data before deletion, contact us at [email protected] and request a data export. We will provide a portable copy where legally required.
